2. AGENDA ITEM 2: RE COMMENDAT]:ON -City Commission recotntnends the
Board of Tnistees of the City of Longwood :Firefighters' and. Police Officers' Pension Tnist
Fund read by title only and adopt Resolution 01-1 amending and restating the Investment
~ Policyof the Retirement Plan and Tnist for:Firefighters and Police Officers
3. AGENDA ITEM 3: RECOMMENDATION -City Conunission recorrunends the
Board of Trustees of the City of Longwood :Firefighters' and. Police Officers' Pension Tn~st
Fund authorize the expenditure of $4,500 for consultants to prepare the appropriate
documents and reports to amend the current pension plan and authorize the expenditure of
$4,500 to purchase $50,000 of life insurance for members of the current pension plan.
4. AGENDA ITEM 4: RECOMMENDAT]:ON -Staff recommends the Board of Trustees
of the City of Longwood :Firefighters' and Police Officers' Pension Tntst Fund review,
approve a Fiscal Year 2001 Budget, and authorize two or three Members to attend the 22"`~
Annual Police Officers' and Firefighters' Trustees' School Program in Tallahassee, March
12, 2001 through March 14, 2000.
