WI-IEP.EAS, the City Council of the City of Longwood, Florida, has determined that the property hereinafter described shall be zoned to the classification of C-1 Commercial District as that classification is defined in Ordinance Tdo. 143, as ,-i, amended. NOTn7 TI-iERE'FORE , BE IT OI'.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOT~dGWOOD, FLORIDA,, AS FOLLOWSe Section 1. That Ordinance Tdo. 143 of the City of Longwood, Florida, passed and adopted the 4th day of December, 1958., and as amended, said Ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning O~,~dinance of the City of Longwood, Florida., regulating and restricting the L1SP_ of buildings, structures, and land for trade, industry, residence, or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: I Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, J, A. ~ BISTLINE ADDITION TO LONGV~IOOD, ac- ~i cording to the Plat thereof as re- i corded in Plat Book 3, Page 6, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida and also: Lot 141 and the West 50 feet of the South 100 feet of Lot 142, and the North 40.10 feet of Lot 142., TOTi1Td OF LOI`dGWOOD, according- to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 18 through 20 inclusive, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby designated and assigned tn.e zoning classification of C--1 Cor~unerc~ial District. Section 2. That tn:e City Council of the City of Longwood, Florida, shall hold. a public hearing on August 18th.. ,3 1975, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Longwood, Florida, ~ a~ at the hour of 3 p.m.., or as soon thereafter as same may be heard, pursuant to the requirements of Ordinance No. 143 of the City of Longwood, Florida, and F.S.
