Mayor bon ter suggested that the procedure for the selection of the City Admin-
istrator be £ol lowed (hereto attached). ibe Nayor stated each Commissioner
had selected five ca ntlfda tes f si deration in the final selection process.

of the Public Works Uepe rtment,
Mr. Etchberger briefed [he Commission on the present organizational chart,
staff and m ing chart and proposed organization structure of the Public
Works Department. fle gave a extensive presentation of those programs and
where deficiencies w identified and improvements a required,
mel ye, spav ed street r urfacing and r ns tructi on, utility r wal and
