Notices of the hearings were posted in the proper places, as stated by tM1e City Clerk. Mr. Eddie Bannas spoke in favor of the request. Meanwhile the public hearing should be continued. Motion by Mr. Helms seconded by Mr. Crenshaw to continue the public heart n9 until Nov. 12th. Motion ca Tied. Motion by Mr. Crenshaw to grant the special exception in the B-1 zone for 2400 ft. of floor space to be used far Cumberland Fanns Oai ry sto re. (Con vent ence store) Motion died for lack of a cond. Motion by Mr. Ferrell seconded by Mr. Will iamsOn to continue the matter until November 12th. Motion carried. The letter stated that Mr. Stol to would resubmit his request at a later date. Motion by Mr. Crenshaw seconded by Mr. Het mz to permit the request to be withdrawn 8 the public hearing be cancelled.
