CCMtg07-17-68~: Equilization Meeting July 17, 1967 The Longwood City Council met as an equ3.lization board July 17 at a.~ 8:04 P.M. ~ ~ Present: E.E. Williamson, H.A, Scott, Donald Conway, Paul Maloney, Mayor Lormann, Gene R, Stephenson. Absent: Eugene Jaques Meeting called to order by the chairman. No complaints regarding taxes were registered. Moved by Paul Maloney seconded by Donald Conway to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Special Session July 17, 1967 The, Longwood City-Council met in a special session July 17 at 8;I5 P.M, Present; Donald Conway, Paul Maloney, E.E. Williamson, H.A. Scott, Mayor Lormann, Gene R. Stephenson Absent; Eugene-Jaques ;__ Meeting called to order by the chairman. Mr. A,E. O'~ieall froa- O'Neall ~ Associates was present to explain preliminary plans & estimated costs for sewerage & water system for Longwood. Mr. O'lYeall Mated that. the feasibility report for sewerage & up-dating the water system would cost $ 3,0©O, at the most, it could possiblity be done for less since some work on the water system was done previousily. Longwood. would be able to get 30°~ on sewerage ,plants from the Federal Government, He was instructed. to present this information in ,detail at the August meeting on both water & sewerage. Moved by Donald Conway seconded by Paul Malone to transfer $ 5,000,00 from the E.T.R.I. Fund into .the. General Fund. ~° Roll call vote was unanimous, motion .,carried..
