3. Approval of Liability Insurance Coverage.
The boam members tliscussed the amount of liability insurance they thought they shoultl have-

by a unanimous voice vote.

Member Smylhers commenletl that he was pleased with the minimal loss of funds
reflected in the (financial reports. Discussion followetl with regards to the reports.

Chairman Gioielli announced to the boam that his term woultl terminate before the neat
meeting and that he was not seeking reappointment.
