Mr. Taylor advised he condutted some research after the last meeting in
regards to fire safety and occupational licenses. He stated he spoke to Chip
Morrison, Chiof Counsel for tho Plorida League of ClYies and Chief
Chapmmi regarding this. He said he and Chief Chapman both ageed that
tho entire Chapter 8 should bereviewed for wmplianoe with the Florida
Stnintes.

attend Seminole Commwity College to obtain their paramedic
ertifioetion, it may be beau to have another agency manage the

agreement would be signed between the agency and the student, so they
would be obligatory to pay back to Ore agency if rot completing Ne worse

Mr. Dingo stated if students were only obtaining tlrn perwredic
ertification and the city hired their, they would have to go to Oee6ghter
school.

Mayor Bwdy said he would get with the CiEy Administrator and City
Atromey for proposed Iwguage to be placed on a future agenda.
C. City Adm nistrator recommends the City Commission review the
millage rates and Total Property Tax Rovenve relative to lbe
estimated taxable ruble and set a millage rate the Commission deems
appropriafe.

Mayor Bundy suggested leaving the millage ratethe same. Ae said
appreciation in property values would allow for increased revenues.
Deputy Mayor Maingot moved the existing millage rate of 4.99
unehanked and approve Regular Item 11 C accordingly.
