behalf of item 11 D regarding putting in a larger modular. Fle sited,
during the han s, their modularrecei-d water damage and mold.
The modular hatbe removed. He said they desired to put in a melee
(12) mom building to accommodate Kindergarten ad Pre-K classos. They
would also have a media room and library.
1. CITY ADMIN'ISTRA'I'OR'S REPORT.
Mr Dwgo stated he did sonvo walking on Credo Street and Orange Avenue
following dte Work Session on bails. He reviewed a picture of Orange Ma —
taken east from Oak. He said staff embellished the picture to get a feel for Ilte
t ofconerete ".0- en (10) foot sidewalk. He said that it could be made to
wo k, but would require rwaoval of some trees and the drainage would need to bo
valuated. He advised that this particular sentient ofstreet would be going out to

and Oleander. He said thuewould be color renderings once the plans were
dnsigoed and thore would be disoussian with the residents for input.

Commissioner Jail— suggested separating the trail into two halves, taking it

suggested the possibility of making the trails a.,,I —y direction.
Discussion ensued regarding bails.
Mayor handy said he spoke with Chai-a Henley who stated the county had
funds sal aside far sidewalk retrofits. He indicated the county could possibly
build a tan (10) foot wide sidewalk from Oeaeral I I'lahl—I to the dowmown
