Mayor Bundy said dining a recent tragedy the Polim Explorers took
Duey [hey had raised avd donated it to Mr. W illiams after he lost his
three children, He recognized them for their tributi o the
unity. Officer Moore imroduced the Explorers and etplaque was
presented. Pictures were then taken.

Mayor Bundy nominated Tammy Illiano, 244 Wen Magnolia Avenue, to

CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT. No report.
MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS' REPORT.
District #4. Mayor Bundy reposed the Florida League of Cities annual
conference is August 19'" - 21°. He said he would like to attend this conference
and advised this should come before the Commission as a regular agenda item.
However, with the next regular maetiug on July 19, 1A04, this does not allow
adequa me for to be made. He asked for a couseusus ofapproval
for any Coinmtssioners whonwould like to auend.
Commissioner Holt expressed an mtuest ~n attending

Florida League of Cities conference can move forward. Seconded by

Mayor BUndy reponed city staffhas eted Waste Pro regarding issues with
their service. He suggested bringing themabefore the Commtsston.
Mr. Drago advised Waste Pro would be coming before the Commission in the
near future for a rate increase.
Comm er Meingot said their [allows for penaltie to be imposed for
lack of proper service. He requested this opportunity to impore penalties be
looked into.
Discussion was held regarding Waste Pro s mntmct avd pevalties_
District q5. Deputy Mayor Sackett commented an the dress ofthe employee on
Waste Pro's tmek. He said he did call Waste Pro, but they did not return his call.
Deputy Mayor Sackett reponed he attended the Northland Church CAPP meeing.
He said they had a moderator present and the discussion was Dleasant. focused

Mr. Taylor advised there was a codification of the City Code curtently in the
process. He said the Commission could bring forward any concerns regarding the
