I. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Anderson calleda Special Meeting to order

2. EMERGENCY ORDINANCE.
A. City Administrator recommends the Ciry Commission read by

Mr. Taylor said his wncern waz in the Brad of the ordirance and

because Mr. Drago is already doing what he can even without the
ordinance.
Mayor Anderson asked the Ciry Administrawr ifthe items that are
needed to be done on an emergency basis would be covered under
his current purchasing authority. He said it sounded fiom Mr.

Deputy Mayor Miller asked the City Attorney about what does the

Ordinance NO. o3-1669. Seconded by Commissioner
Maingot
Mr. Drago said if the Commission is going to pass the ordinance,

Section 6 of the Ordinance No. Oi-1669 to read. ' This
Ordinance shall sunset 60 days after adoption" Seconded
by Commissioner Maingo~ and carried by a unanimous roll
call vote
