ITEMS:
A. Interlocnl Agreement for Public Sennol Facility Planning
Mr Tony Mathews, Principle planner for Seminole County,
addressed both the City Commission and School Doard with a brief
w ofthe Interlocel Agreemem for Public Sahoel Fadliry
Planning, He anewered questions Rom both the Ciry Commission
and the School Roard.
The Imulocel Agreeanen~ for Public School Fneility Planning will
be presented ~o the City Commission on April 7, 3003 at the
Regular Commission Mersing fot approval.

Hoard to ask the Cou¢~y to pntticipate, along witH the developer of
Amm'ican Indusrial Canter and dividethe oust equally for the
stallation of a traffic signal on County Road 42] South and
Marvin Avenue near Lyman High Schuol.
Huth the City Commission and the Seminole County Sohool Board
agreed to hava law enforcement petrol tha residemial areas that the
school buses navel in and issue citntions for speeding.

Commissioner Bundy said the school zones et Woodlands
Elementary located on EE. Williamson need to be reviewed for

the Principal at Woodlands Elemenary regarding the matter.
