needed to be aware of relative to the subdivisions development.

District#4. Commissioner Huvdy spoke in regards to the lrce company
located on Longwood Hilis Road and said, after doing some research he

put a hold on doing business with this tree company until the company
gets the landfill problem resolved.

Florida area and added this meeting was very informative.
Commissioner Maingot said on May 27'", he met with Mike Morrisoq 290
Ean Church Avenue regarding speeding on Church Avenue. He said Mr.
Morison has observed the Longwood Police have taken some immediate

Commissioner Maingot said he met with Joal King, this past Sunday
regarding Columbus Circle and Grant Street He said Mr King is once
again having problems with speeding and in addition, purple are now
dropping bottles on his lawn when stopping at the stop sign. He said the
last me Longwood Police addresud rhos ouple hundred
tickets sued- He requerted Director baker sand the Longwood
Police Department begin to put pressure on this area.
Commissioner Maingot said he checked the Longwood Canal at the wmer
ofColumbus and Grant and the area needs some cleaning urgently.
District #2. Mayor Anderson said he had reported two meetings ago that
his hour culated a petition and one of the items
requestedw eaddiufional spa bumps. Hesaid he had reported in
discussion with his homeownes asuuation that they lied indicated the
desi to have speed bumps. He said he s w the letter from the hour

Mayor Anderso or the hour on has authority

Mayor Anderson said a neighbor approached him that lives near the

District N3. Depuy Mayor Miller said he apologized for beingafew
minutes late to the meeting
Deputy Mayor Miller said regarding the beer bottle issue noting it is not
solely the problem on Grant Sbeet, but stated this problem is going on all
er the uty. He said at his comer property a[ /essup and Oak Street,
every time he has to mow the lawn, he has to pick up ten beer bottles out
ofthe grass before he Oas to mow and said it is not unusual that this is
hePpening. He said two and a half weeks ego, he had to pick up e drank
driv tofhis law who decided to park his vehicle in his ffont law
and to evup ell his nice plants. He said Mr. Norman Wolthangea' decided
there sufficient evidence to charge the driver ofany cr e. He
stated for the record that Mr Wolfhenger needs to be reposed to the Dar
Association for gross negligence and stated that this is the third time hie
house has either been burglarized or vandalized and Mr. Wolfhanger has
on fit not to prosecute the parsons involved who were caught- He said
the driver was aught red handed.

weekend from residents on Seminala Avenue and they had
expressed their gratitude Pot this Project.

Hills Subdivision Cor several monxhs. He said MS. Fern Pearson,
who is one of the residonts went around end got a petitmn signed
from 52 of the 56 residents within the subdivision He said the
residents from the subdivision are asking the city to takeover the
maintenance ofthe public areas within [heir subdivision. He said

and it looks like an eye sore. He said the questions are: what is the

said and noted the city owns this island. He noted the island has
been there since the inception ofthe subdivision and said he knows

Commissioner Lovestrand noted that if a propeny is deeded to the
city, it does not mean the city owns the propeny, he said the
propeny has to be both deeded and accepted by the city. He said

do in Markham Hills. He nosed that 60%of the people in
Devonshire pay [heir 830 and that money takes Dare ofthe
maintenance. He said for the people who do nog want ~o maimain

Mr. McLatchey said Commissioner Lovesirand made a valid poim
when talking about the ownership issue. He said when considering

Advanced Disposal does not have any residential contracs in this
