Coen er Sackett cognized Mr. Craig Wells, owner of
CiCi's Pizre, located al 1155 W. Smte Road 434, ro receive the

Business Person of the Month Award for December 2003. Mr.
Wells has fifteen years experieue with CiCi's Pica. He opened
his business in lungwood one year ago. Mr. Wails is involved
with Partners in Education Seminole Coumy Schools, the YMCA,
youth sports, and local churches. The City of Longwood is very
pleased to have Mr. Wells as part of its business wmmunity.

System Advisory Management CommiBCe.
Mayor Anderson stated this was the Wiid and Scenic Rivers Aa
regarding the Wekiva River, Wekiva Springs Run, Auk Springs
Run,aponion of Black Water Creek into [he National Wild River
System. He explained it was a board to assist [he National Park
Service with development of a wmprehensive management plan.
He advised that he had been nominated as the primary member and

A. Public Participation.
Nadine TOios 316 Heather Avenue, asked if the Commission
mould do something about the recycling on Christmas Day and
New Year's Day. She sorted that since there was no garbage pick
up this past Thursday, there was quite a bit o£garbage along the
edge ofthe road on Church Avenue.

Mayor Anderson opened the public hearing. No one spoke in favor
or in opposition.
