1. CALL TO ORDER.
The Mayor called a work session to ortler at 7:01 p.m.
Commissioner Bondy moved to suspend the rules. Seconded by Deputy
Mayor Anderson antl approved by voice consensus.

Mr. McPherson explained Attlde 8 continued the Boards as required by the City
Charter. With respect to Sections 8.2.5. 8.3-5. and 84 5 - which were left out of the
document- those will be inserted. He explained those sections dealt with the date and
time of each board meeting. Article 10however, win detail meetings and quasi-Judlolal
meetings.
