Mayor Lovestrand recognized Ms. Crowder and Ms. Phare for having
organized a fundraiser to assists neighboehood family. He acknowledged
the local businesses and some friends who had donated items for the
raFlle. Most importantly, Mayor Lovestrend said, was the fact theca

With regard to the Torres property. Deputy Mayor Bundy thought the City should
look [o assist Mr.'[ones to allow him to Finish developing his property and asked
that the Attorney investigate the legalities oPdoing that.
Deputy Mayor Hundy wished to request that tho City Administator place some

Deputy Mayor Buntly said he wanted the City staff to be involved with
Sominole County engineering on this. Mr. Brock said City staffwauld
work with Seminole County and dte applicant on this.
