REVIEW AND DISCUSS PROPOSED FUTURE LAND USE MAP AS IT REFERS TO 111E COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. Gail Easley, The Gail Ealey Company Ms. Easley had prepared a hand out titled ARTICLE //, LAND USE DISTIUC]S'AND OVERLAYUIS71tfCLS. The Evaluation eod Appraisal Report (EAR) was Ibrwerdad to the Departnreo[ of Community Affairs (DCA) and found sufficient. The Ers[ step in the proceu was for smffto ending the Comprehensive Plan for [hose things which were wined end re ended in the EAR-one bein6 the Future Land USe Map. With City Commission consensus, the Map, along with mxt amendments, would be forwarded to the Land Planning Agency (LPA) for review and recommendations.
