Mayor Lovestrend moved to approve Ordinance No. 99-150"1 on fim
reading and to schedule the public hearing for November 1. 1999.
Seconded by Commissioner Anderson.
Mayor Lovestrwnd opwted the Floor to discussion- Hearing none, he then
explained thwt awry loss that cold be sustained by many employees, as the

$91,000 was needed in tba budged to accomplish this and the Administrator
advised of where he could find that amount. Mayor Lovestmnd said the intern

with Mayor Lovestrend and Commissioner Anduaon voting nay, and
Comnnastoner Miles votinS aye.
