1. CALL TO ORDER.
Mayor Winston called the work sexsion to order at 7:03 p.m
Motion by Commissioner Camco, secondul by Deputy Mayor Vacca
to suspend the rules. Moion passed by a unanimous vmce vote.
2. DISCUSS MODSfICATION OF WATER/SEWER BOND DOCUMENTS W[TH
RESPECT TO IMPACT FEES; DISCUSS OTHER RELATED SEWER ISSUES.

Motion by Ueputy Mayor Vecca, seconded by Commissioner Sargent

The commission recessed from 8:05 p.m. [0 8:13 p. m. Commissioner Sargent did a rough
calculation and a onthly savings of $1fi.00 would be realized for financing under the

Uepury Mayor Vaeca understood that this w short notice to draft a ordinance and
questioned i(it coultl be available by Friday. Mss Zambrl replied Nat she would speak with
the city attorney and they would most certainly try.
Commissioner Sargent suggested a work session be scheduled to w the curzent paving
nt policy. Deputy Mayor Vacca also stated that a work session had been requested
by [hemCharter Advisory Committee to review their proposed amendments to the chatter.
The commision agreed to schedule x work session with the Charter Advisory Committee
6:00 pm prior m the next Commission meting on March I8, 1996. A work session was
scheduled for April 22. 1996, for paving policy.
