S. CR 427, in business since 1972. He said Mr. Cavone is the owner of the East Lake
Ollice Center of whioh he has recently taken over 100% ownmslsip- He said Mr. Cavone
has aver the years lead a great working relationship with the Ciry staff and is active in civic
affairs. He said he would Ike w make the presentation at a later meeting when Mr.
Cavone mould be present.

Mayor Winston recognized Mr. Nunzieta for his service to the City as a mwnber of the
Bonrd of Adjashnent for nwo years. Mayor Winston saiA Mr. Nunziata was unable to be
present but in speaking with him, he said he was cony he had to move out of die City and
suggested the City embark on an aggressive annexan n policy so he could be annexed into
dte City.
