CALL TO ORDER Mayor Winston called a spacial meeting to order at 5:50 p.m

An inspeceion tour of fire Sprint United Telephone property was conducted by Mr. Sim
Lonnann, Sprint United Telephone representa _
Mr. Lormenn explained that the prop•.rty rva ately 12 12 acres m srze, which
inGuded a pond that was approximate 3 12 ~ The Imnd ras occupied by two
buildings consistingof approximately 4,000 square feet, '.h pa~:sl parking. lie said to his
knowledge the land was dry and had never flooded the property was served by septio tank
a drainage easement ran from south to north on the eastern portion of the pcopetry which
could probably be relocated to the eastern edge of the proporry line.
