Sandy Sheinoski. 603 Seminole Ave., said slie received a notice on Iter door that a public
herring wordA be held on the budget. She said the propetty owners on Seminole, from
Credo to Wayman, hrve petitiened to hrve their stceet paved and have noticed that it was
ur budgeted. Slie explained that dte street is pretty bad when it rains, has poor drainage,
and is very Ausry when dry. She said a drainage fee has been paid since 1992 and they

and appropriating and allocating revenue of thu City for Fiscal Year 1996,
