go bank to the county and tell them it didti t work and we would like to try something

Commissioner Sargent was uncomforotable with approving avd then deciding to withdraw.
Commissioner Benson said she believed the City agreed to [Iris nt the county meeting.
Deputy Mayor Carzico asked if the City would have the ability tc withdraw and Mr. Taylor
said it would depend on how it was written and, as written, did not have a time limit. Mr.
Taylor said if the Con n does decide w go forward with the agreement, he would
make ieaammendanmts for some amendments.
Motion by Commissioner Vacca to not approve the agreement and to table
aril such o time, the Administrator feels coinfonable in bringing it forward
