Ms. Pryor raviewed the information in her mono dated January 17, 1996, explaining each
individual project after which she requested the oommissiou's approval of each; the firxt
being the Nistorio Longwood Fovnderss' Day Saturday, March 23, and Stniday, March 24,
1996, and annually, thereallcr, with the income raised to be used to assist with the cost of
Brick paving lighting and landscaping; thereby, improving the visual image of the [distoric
District.
