Ms. Newkirk briefly explainrA that the Couvry was asking the Cities to assist in developing a program so all are working together to meet the goal of reducing the amount of eolid to going w the Conn y landfill by promoting recycling and reuse of solid waste through in argon rnment ooperntion.
