EQUALIZATION BOARD WITH REGARD TO THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS TO 6ISTLINE AVEN[.IE. William Young, Oxford St, said his is for 5,]21 feet, which is the side of his property along Bistline Avenue but his addresstis on Oxford Street for which he is currently paying a paving assessment Mr. Taylor advised That the Gity does have authority to assess on bath streets, however, past policy of the Commission was if yon were assessed on one sereet you would not be assessed ov the other. Glenn Scott 601 Georgia, said he was not aware of a petition and was not in favor of the paving. Said he was concerned about the drainage at onetime but vo longer. Motion by Commissioner Benson, seconded by Deputy Mayor Sargent to have the appropriate authority notice all the abutting landowners on Georgia Avenue to appear before the Commission on December 5, 1994, [or an Equalieation Bomd hearing to address the issue of this petition and the assessment liens.
