1. CALL TO ORDER. Deputy Mayor Roo Sargent called a work session to order at
6:00 pm.

Discussion covtinned on item 4, and Mr. Taylor suggested deleting die last two phrases.
Mr. Carries suggested referring m the Model ordineuce which perhaps would shed same
light on what was intended in this paragraph.
Regarding the appeal process on page 32 and on page 38, there .v s discussion ns to
whether there should be ao internal panel of departments heads eo review the violation
prior to a suspension being given, whether the appeal should be to the City Commission or
to the Ther was dis<usbon as to whether there should baa schadule of fees
with regprd to violauons.
