Mayor Lovestrand explained why he had called Special

McPellinn read from a listing of bills in Mr. Mc:JUtt's memo dated
December 3, 1992 and also referenced to a resolution which Ms. voce

Administrator can safely say that because of budget knowledge.
Deputy Mayor Smerilson suggested, i ead of the r solution,
the City Administrator bring to the Commission those bills due and

The c agreed that the estimates of the expenditures
be prepared andr presented to the Commission by major a unt
