order. She explained the purpose of the board was m hear from avers of property

2. Ns. Euford L. Helms asked the Gmmission to onsider bailding sidewalks when
the road was paved. Mr. C cey said he estimated eFat sidewalks mould cost about
$4.00 per foot which would mace an assessment of $1.00 per foot for each property
