2. Amks stated that he had revi +d present ordin res granting a mnexclusive
franchise to Orange/Seminole Cablevision for Um City of Ionywoa. Mr. Pwks stated
that he tad been in camweiration with officers of the ~y and Fie stated that
Mr. Steve M7+atian was present to represent fhe mryxny. Mr. Chacey suggested t}ut
Cmmission consider anending franchise to require a percentage on all in rahl~er
than base ra as the present franchise provides. er Gtant suggested
the percentage rate tp inc eased to 5 percent. Mr. Mrt9ahansstated Orange/9cvdnole
Cablevision Co., was prepared to aaead franchise to py the 3 p n all in
