lake Road. LT B ker said he had emducted a survey of waffle conditims in
the vicinity of Rock Lake Road with the following results observed: Feb. 25
during the hours 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. a otal of 171 vehicles were counted with an
erage speed for auearobiles of 3I.8 MPH and 1.6.8 MPtt for School Ruses. <7urinF
the hours of 2:30 p.m. to 3:40 p.m, the sere day, a total of 182 vehicles were
wind with an average speed of 28.4 MPH for cars and 33.0 MPH for buses.

purchase price of $82,500. He said that .k. Reiter was asking £or a $20,000 dam payma[
with a balance payable moor a 5 year period at 10 percent in Mr. Clracey said Mr.
Reiter had also off¢ed to give the city an option fox 4 additiew:al aces at $55.000
