proposals for Fiscal Year 1982/1983.
2. Mr. Cnacey read Ste arunial Wdget message and briefed the crnmr on hrnw
millage race of 2.2063 had bem detemdned. Mr. Chacey saidsdaca had bem
verifietl with the AssisGa~e Property Appraiser of Sardnole Co~sty and data was correct.
Mr. Chacey stated ekue the one cent sale tax increase provided SuC 40 percent of sales
ceipts mmt be used to reduce ad valoraa taxes. 'Reis reduction mould reduce
tmaxed ad valoreu taxes eo $36],130. Estimated Sales Taxes to be received are $240,249
which will be a c(mbined figure of $60],379 and thae wirhoue sales tax fiords, a rdllage
e of 3.6499 could be required to obtain this arro~mt. Mr. Chacey said total estimated

3. Commissioner (,Pane suggested that the millage rate be reduced below Sic nrmdatory
