Corporation of /vrerira. Mayor Ionreim e>~lained the rules of tl~e hearing and said that
everyone would be given a opportunity to speak for or against the hospital. Mr. luT
Winston, Vice President of Ymfessional Relations £or HCA introduced Mr. George Bone,
Opera s, Mr. Bill Trivett, Fngineer'ing and Mr. Jim McAlister. Mr. Winston said that
HCA wasarequeating the conditional use application in order to build a 80 bed, tree
lading psychiatric hospital and said that a group of ~ local psyctdatrists could be
