1. Mayor Innnann called the meeting to order. Invocation Eollaued by Pledge of
Allegiance to the Ihiited States Flag.
2. Approval of MinuCes, 1/18/82 Regulaz MeeCing. Potion by Cmmissianer Uskerc,

3. Public Hearing, Qrdinance No. 543. Mr. Rocks read by title and stated Hat he
