Tfiat Ordinate No. 495 be amended co require a distmce of 150 feee between a off-sire sign (P-9) and the boundary of any resideneial property. That Ordinance No. 495 be amended to prohibit o£f-sice signs m property which abuts a carzron right-oE~~way with residmeial zoning. 4.
