At the conclusion of the individal revicv of the Adrmnistracive Budgets, Mr. Chacey briefed Che Can;dnn on the proposed budget. After considerable discussion Mr. Ctacey aced chae he CM1OUgh he could hold millage in o .99 or a 3.16 millage race if the Ccm;¢'ssinn world approve the hiring of only 1 additional person fnr ehe Police, Fire and Public Works Deparmwnt and delay hiring of the individuals until January 1, 1981 and ehe deleeion of $10,000 wi;ich was se aside fnr impzovarevts to the City Nall.
