briefed the Camiission m his cmaany's plan to sutmit a letter of in

the carpany and Mr. Are Diamnd, of M. G. Izris S Gt, also briefed the Gxmdssi.on onsther
history o£ T]ie cappany and the aathod o£ financing the hospital. Mr. Diamond stated that
the hospital mould be financed the sane way [he Mediplex facility was and chat the property
and the hospital would revere to the Ciey ae Che end of 30 years.

Commission had previously denied the Ibu¢ing Assistance Plan because of lack of conaol
by the City.

18. Ciry Attorney's Report: Mr. Rooks presented Ordinances No. 528 and 529 to the
Canvssioners for review and seaeed they ware a canbina ce of ordinances recently
c[ed by Orange County. Ordinance No. 528 weld prohibie nude dancing in srablistmencs
chat served alcoholic beverages and Ordinance No. 529 uvula prohibit certaine rviry
