pledge of allegiance to the p. S. Pleg.
1. Apprvval o - 4/14/80: Motion by Conmissioner Lormem, s and by
Commissioner ltitchell to ep rove the manures of 4/14/80 as written. Ntion
carried by unanimous vote.
2. Public Participation Period: Mr. Robert fives questioned M1Lr. Rooks regarding
hority aM p of Mayor and City Conmisai nn. Mr. Rooks ststed that the
City Ca®issionosate the policies of the City.
3. City Administrator: Reconvnendation on Wayman St. -avix:g bid: Mr. Land recommends
r acceptance of the low bid submitted by Orarge Paving and Construction Co.
