oP the City Hall.
Thrr Building Ins po ctor and the City Attornoy outli nod the requirements
oP Contractors according to the Florida Statutes.
Tho low bid o£ Richards Construction accepted by the Council on Suly
20, 1972 could not be, honored duo to tha fact that he is not State
Corti £iod to work on Etate, County or Municipal Buildings.

and accept the bid oP Kearney Indu atri e.s, Inc,
Moved by Mrs. ws per sscondad by Mr. Kl osky to tlony the t.id oP fti chards
Construction duo to the Paet that he is not State Corti £ied and
award the contract to Kearney Industries, Inc. in the amount of 7,725.00
subjaet to change order, Motion carried.
Moved by Mr. Crans haw seconded by Mrs. Waber to adjourn the meeting.
