opposed to the zoning change.

not ba zoned R-1 Residential.

ification from E-2 to R-1 o-oepting 150 ft. along S.R. Road 427,

Mr. David Vorpagel stated his objections to the variance.
Mr. Budnarz ik spoke in behalf of the varrance.

Mrs. Burmaster, owner of the property was advised to submit a nuw
request for a variance dividing her property into 90 ft. Lots.

The Longwood City Council meeting was called to order at
700 p.m. following the Public hearings.
Present All Council members, Mayor & City Attorney,
Meeting opened With prayer by the Chairman followed with Salute to
the Flag.
Mayor Brown recommended the Covneil hold a Public hearing on Aug.
31, changing the zoning classification of the property approximatnly
1.50 ft. in depth along S.R. bond 427
Moved by Mr. Crenshaw seconded by Mrs.Weber to re-advortise! & re-
zone the described area Prom R-2 to R-1. excepting 1.45 ft, fronting
on S.R. Read 427. Motion carried.

hearing on Aug. 31. at 7 — p.m. on the question of changing property
on S.R. Road 427 in the Entzmingers Addn. from R--2 to B-1 Business,
