The Longwood City Council met in regular session May 25 at 7,70 P.M.
Presfnt, All Council Mfmbers, Mayor, City Attorney,
Melting opened with prayfr by the Chairman, followed with Salute to
the Flag.
A letter Prom Seminole County Utility Control Dapt~ Re.~ Wi ns or Manor
was read Dy the City Clerk. Moved by Mr. Klosky sic ondetl by Mr.
Williamson to rf Por the latter to the City Attornvy, thin to thf City
Engineer. Motion carried. ,
A letter from the Engineer. Rq, Skylark Subdivision
The latter stated that a number of changes had been matle and that the
plans now essentially conform to the standards set forth in the City's
Subdivision Ordinances and eecommended the plans be accepted subjset to
the Developer's furnishing the nfc essary performance bond.
Moved by Mr. Klsoky seconded by Mrs. Weber to acc ept Skylark Subdivision
subject to the necessary performance bond being posted. Motion carried.

Thf letter stated that the improvements mfet City standards and wort
constructed in a sati sPac toffy manner, and recommended that Cov ncil
formally accept the proj eet subject to the Developer's furnishing to
the City the one year maintenance warranty as sti pulatftl in the
Subdivision Ordinance.
Moved by Mrs. Weber seconded by Mr. Klsoky to accept the Lake Gam
project subject to the above regv irementa being met, Motion carried.

School. Mayor Brown sec ommentlad that Council permit thf units to be
placed at the schoal. Moved by Mr. Klosky seconded by Mr. Crenshaw to
permit the Vocational Units to be placed at the Longwood Elfinentary
