ended that the plans De rr. sed according to his findings and rE.-
submitted to Council. He stated that he could not aporovf: the
Subdivision as presently submitted. '
The EnglneE:r gave a report on water <:xpansion necessary in the City
water system. He rec ommentled water oxtc:nti ens to bs made £rom State
Road 42'/ to the WE:st on the South side of Hwy 434• Mr. Palm stated
that a new well should be installed, a new tank and pump. the es timat[!d
cost 140,000.00
