for Or. Gerald Grisson & S. Russell Esch, rr.s idents of adjoining
pr perty.
Mr. Sos eph Abrams, Professional Engineer for the develonr:rs
gave a c mpl<!tE: analysis of the project. He statr!d that the density
conforms to that oP Seminole County. 9 Acres o£ rec raational s, e
allowed Sn the plan. The land con ant o£ flood plain in Sam mole
County has an arr.a elr:vati on of 65 ft. most lots in 5ha dow Hills
is well above this raqulrement. Attorney William Mesme r, ropres tinting
the Petitioners stated that all Legal questions regarding the annE.xation
had been resolved.
Mayor Hrown recommended that Council place Ordinance # 284 on
