Mr. Joseph Abrams, Engineer fox Trim -Tic Db- Co, read a proposal on
water V sewage for the development as follows: 1. Trim -Tic will provide
the pipe to the City and the City Will lay same, Pipe will be ai-b for
furore growth by City Engineer, Wm. Palm, Trim -Tic will pay all p _
