Councilman Klosky statrd that Mrs. Ledford had called him requE:s ting
her name be removed Pram the petition for the closing, she was now
opposed to tha closing & vacating of the street.
Mr. Edward McClaron stated that he was in favor of the cloai ng of
the street and did not agrae with Mrs. TROmpson.

The regular session oY the Longwood City Council was called to
order at 7:45 0 following the Public hearing.
Pros ent, All Council Members, Mayor & City Attorney.

to the Flag.
Correspondence was read by thf City Clerk.
A latter from D. Guy Allen, Tax Assessor, ragartling the Attorney
General's opinion 07].-j1.5 on the sub,j ect of extension oY City Taxes
on property annexed into a Municipality. Letter filed with records.
Mr, Jorry Coone roquested council's a__ val o{ CAM Construction Co,
to plats 'a packago sewer systom on the City's server treatment site
in order to serve Skylark Subdivision. Thf! packago plant capacity
will be ].00,000 gallons per day. Tho plant will be ins tallod and
turned ovor to the City to maintaSn & operate, revenuo from the
plant would bring $ ].,400. per month above operating costs, Mr.
Coone stated that the plans had bean approved by the State Hoard
of Health Yor this type of packago plant,

Ralph Fis ha r, City Supt. rscommentled the contract be accaptf!d.

Plat of Devonshire Subdivision subject to the necessary chang<rs he
will maker to the developer.

with the Engineers recommentled changes antl the placing of a performance

The Engineer commented on Highland Hills Subdivision. He stated that
s oms oP the property is rn a flootl prone area. Mr. Palm stated that
hs could not recommend council accept the plan until more data is
received.
