the City of Longwood was present to answer any questions regarding
the City's Insurance.
Thn. Petition by P.R.N. Investment, INC. requesting property to De
annexed into the City as Certified by the Seminole County Tax Assessor,
was read by the Attorney. Moved by B.L. Helms seconded by Agnes Weber
to turn the petition over to th<: C1ty Engineer far study and
rocommendation. Motion carried.

to does & vacate Charles Stroet & Wildm ere Ave. in thE: So. Longwood
Subdivision, read by tho Attorney.

The continued regular session was called to order by the chairman

Present, E.E, Williamson, Sandra Thompson, Agnes Weber, E1~gene. Jaques
Mayor Robert Ralinoski, 5. Joseph Davis, Attorney.
Absent: B.L. Helms
Mayor Ralinoski stated that ha had contac te:d 3 Hanks & all had agreed
to Furnish bids on the loan to {finance the purchase of the land For
the sewerage treatment plant. The Mayor ryas requested to look into
the policy o£ other Municipalities regarding policies of water extentions
to developers & builders.
Eugene Jaques recommended that council follow the policy established
rn past years & allow Ralph Fisher, City Supt. to use his discretion
in staDalizing strs ets rn the City.
Movetl by Sandra Thompson to deviate from our present policy of
staballaing streets in order to get F.H..A. inspections. Chairman
E.E. Williamsom relinquished the chair in order to sr.c and the motion.
