Certificate oP a cource completed in Police work and the good
Samaritan award was presented to Sgt. Fred Esclavon by the Vice
Chairman.

The Association stated that they were opposed to ann:.xati on of
the above described area by any City, and requas iedthis notice De
placed in the Official Records of the City Council o£ Longwood, F1.
