order by tha Chairman following the public hearing.
Report item the Street dommi ttee on the request oY Mr. McClaron
to abandon & close Camellia Stre et 1Y~om Evergreen Street North to
State Rd. 434 was given. The Committee statad that the street
could be opened and perhaps Hooded at a future date, Moved by
Mr. Helms seconded by Mr. Jaques not to close & abandon Camellia
Street, also Clerk write a letter advising Mr. MCClaron oY Council's
action, motion carries.

The matter was referred to the Mayor, since he is supposed to
enforce all Ordinanc ns in the City.
Mayor Kalinoskl was authorized to invite Fiscal Agents to present
themselves at a work session to discuss means o£ obtaining funtls
to finance a sewerage system
Moved by Mrs. Weber seconded by M19r, Jaques to pay the Building
Inepvetor's salary of § 4DD. per Month beginning Tune 1., 1971,

Moved by Mr, Jaques seconded by Mrs, Wv bar to advertise for a full
time Building Inspector, Water Clark, also two maintenance psrsonell.
Motion carried.
Mr. Williamson statsd that the Council was to employ the water Clerk,
that Mr. Fisher, City Supt. was not to enter into this matter, his
fob was to take of maintenance.

Assistanev Agreement. Motion c ied.
Moved by Mr, Jaques seconded by Mr. Helms inatrncting the Attorney
to prepare a contract with Mr. H.S. Arnold for City water to his
property located on Hwy 37-92, Mr. Arnold to assume all costs over
$ 2,000. Motion carried,
Minutes of the Zoning Board were read by the Clty Attorney.
Moved by Mr. Jaques secondetl by Mrs. Thompson to table the request
of Mr. Chesser for a variance until July 1. $, 1.973. Motion carried.
Reports from the Police and Fire Bepartmenta were proeentetl to the
Council Members.
Moved by Mr. Jaques seconded by Mr. Helms authorizing the City
Clerk to make duplicate copies of all City Ordinances for Zoning
Beard to use. Motion carried.
Moved by Mr. Jaques seconded by Mrs. Ws bar to have the property
to be used for the sewerage treatment plant appraised by two 2J
competent appraisers, subject to obtaining funds for financing.Carried,
