The Company nropos ed to furnish & apply Perna-Bind to the asphalt
pavement narking area around the. City Hall, Firs Dent. & Police
Station for the sum of $ ]. ?]..12. No charge included in this
amount £or labor. The M1fiayor rxc ommended Council purchase & apply
Psrma-Bind to the areas. Moved by Sandra Thomason seconded by
