was nec ¢ssary.

en Lot 1.9, Lake Gem Park as requested by Nar-Ray, Inc.

Mr. William Palm, engineer From the Pi rm of Clacn & RadcllYYe, Inc.
gave his report on the Wins or Manor Subdivision. Mr. Palm recommended
that Council , if they wished, approve this Subdivision subject to the
developers making th¢ necossary revi ei one to the D1ans, as outlinod in
his report.
Moved by B.L. Helms aeconded by Agnes Weber to accept the final
Plat of Winaor Manor. sub~oet to all requirements being met as stated
in the report of G1aco & Radcliffe, Inc. dated Novomber 29 1971.

Attornsy to write a letter to the proper Authorltl es regarding the
Amondment to tax all Tunds transferrod irom Municipal Utility
Revenue to othor 1Unds, recently pees ed by the House of Rapreeentativss
