A spacial session oe the Longwood City Council was held September 13th.
at 7:00 p.m..
Present: Eugene: Jaques, P.L. Helms, Agnes Weber, 5. Joseph Davis, Jr.
Absent: E.E. Williamson, Sandra Thompson, Mayor Kalinoski.
Meeting called to order by Vice Chairman, ELgene Jaques,
The report from Glacs & Radcliffe, Inc. regarding the preliminary
plat of S.I.D. Corporation was given by Mr, Palm. Mr. Pa 1m stated
that hr. would recommend Council consider annexation and zoning of
this tract of land only if certain provisos are complied with. These
conditions pertain primarily to drainage matters.
A letter from Lester N. Mandan, 8roaident of Sanlando Utilities @ora.
regarding S.I. D. Devalopors request for cox:s ideration in providing
sewer & water utilities for the property, The following course o£
action was proposed by Mr, Mandell, provide the necessary sewage. &
water service to the said property. At such time as the City o£
Longwood extends its sewage and/or water systems to the a{ore sa id
proparty Sanlando Utilities Corp. will dead all collection and
distribution mains, laterals, appurtenances, ana lift stations located
on the property to the City of Longwood at no charge to the City, also
th<: same proposal by Mr. Mandell £or Pi rst Addition to Sleepy Hallow
by Mr. Wilson Knott.
A letter from Mr. Mandell stating that he would permit S.Z.D. Corp.
to utilize th<: out£a11 system already installed for the woodlands
Subdivision. Mr. Palm stated that th<! outfall system had been
approved by the Seminole County Engineer,
Moved Dy Agnes Weber seconded by H.L. Helms to accept the annexation
request of the S.I. -. Corporation. Motion carried.
Moved by B.L. Helms secondE!d by Agnes Weber authorizing the City
Attorney to prepare the necessary contracts detailing the conditions

County, requea ting a temporary zoning varzance on property located on
Hwy 474 in order to piaca a mobile, Of Pico whi la a anant facility
is antler construction, was read by Mr, Jaques. Moved by Sandra Thompson
sE.c onded by H,L. Helms to grant a varrance for a _ iod of nine(9) Mo.

Attorney to prepare an Election ordinance Por the City oP Longwood.
